We're Wishaw's premium 24 hour gym - bringing you top of the range kit, a warm and friendly atmosphere and first class facilities.
We think fitness should be fun, affordable and welcoming for everyone - so we've built a gym where we want to train, and a down to earth team, here when you need them.
We're a family owned and run independent gym, passionate about offering you great value, a brilliant training experience and all the support you need to smash your goals - no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
Bright and airy, spanning across 6,500 sq feet on Kirk Road, there’s loads of space to train but it's still cosy enough that everyone will know your name.
