Hello,
I’m Ben and I’m all about health and fitness, I’ve played football for as long as I can remember and became interested in lifting weights when I was about 13 by using my Dad’s old weights he had lying about the house.
Since then, I became hooked on keeping myself fit and healthy and being in the best shape I can. I graduated from the University of Strathclyde with a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Sport and Physical Activity and furthered my qualifications by becoming a Level 3 Personal Trainer.
This means you can rest assured that all the advice and training given by me is backed by not only training experience but extensive knowledge in health and fitness.
I have experience working in elite level sport, running strength & conditioning drills for Kilmarnock F.C. Youth Academy, and have already in my short time as a personal trainer worked with people of shapes and sizes.
