I’ve always been passionate about fitness – you’ll usually either find me in the gym or playing or watching football.
It wasn’t til I trained with a PT myself though that I realised that’s what I wanted to do – it helped me gain confidence in the gym (and in myself) and I’ve never looked back since.
As a Level 3 qualified PT, I’m excited to help you on your fitness journey – whether you’re just getting started or looking to fine tune your training and ramp up your results.
