Hey!
I’m Jay and have a combined training/coaching experience of 16 years.
I lived my childhood and young adult life overweight, unhealthy & massively uncomfortable in my own skin.
I decided to change and go all in on my fitness journey - I lost 100lbs, then shifted my focus to building strength and adding muscle tissue. In doing so I found my true passion and decided to make helping others on their own physique/training journey a career.
Since doing so I’m proud to say I’ve helped over 100 clients at the time of writing this bio achieve what they thought was the unachievable, from pensioners to teenagers, weight loss, muscle gain, sports-specific training for a professional footballer and many amateur competitors from a variety of combat sport disciplines, personal trainers with their own physique and training goals - we’ve done it all.
Whatever your goal or starting point is doesn’t matter, only the end result.
