Hi,


I'm Katie - I’ve always been passionate about health and fitness and come from a sporting background. I’ve played football from a young age and currently play for Motherwell Women.


I realised I wanted to become a PT when I first had my own PT. I had always been someone who was determined to do things on my own and was pretty stubborn in my ways, so when I was given 1-1 PT sessions for my Christmas, I was shocked to see the difference in how much progress I was able to make whilst having a coach there to hold me accountable.


I specialise in fat loss, muscle gain and also sport-specific training. “Pain and patter” is the term that one of my clients uses to describe my coaching style - I’ll push you to your limits whilst dishing out the best (worst) jokes during your rest periods.


I am proud to take the best class in the gym: DANCEFIT and can frequently be seen busting a move on the gym(dance)floor.


Ps - the team in here call me the GOAT (greatest of all time) and I've got terrible bunions.
