The gym can feel like a scary place if you’re just getting started, or frustrating if you’ve been training for a while and not seeing the results you want.
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for 7 years and my passion is helping people build their confidence, get the results they want and have fun along the way – the gym is great for your mind – not just your body!
I offer both one to one and group training sessions if you want to PT with a pal – and can help you with fat loss, muscle and strength gain, nutrition and improving your overall general fitness levels.
My own personal interests include weight lifting, strongman and cycling – and focus a lot of my training on circuit and freeweight specific training.
